Certainly, you and I are in a unique time. Psalm 62 says that at all times you should pour out your heart to God. He is the place where you should run to for your safety. You need to trust in Him.
There is something very special about being able to pour out your heart to God. It connects your heart and mind to the Lord. You can verbalize what you are feeling before Him. This can help remind you to trust Him.

Keep pouring your heart out before Him,

TRC — Coronavirus Update
In an effort to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our entire church family, and in an effort to adhere to our government’s recent request to limit large group meetings, we have decided to suspend all Rock Church services and large group meetings from now through the end of April (provided nothing changes). We will communicate any updates as we know them.
We will be livestreaming our three, weekend services at their regular times! Join us online Saturday 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:30 and 11:15 a.m. at trc.life/live, Facebook live or on The Rock Church app.
To stay updated and connected during this time, please visit trc.life/blog.
Fear Not Series
We live in unprecedented times. The threats of deadly disease, market crashes and global calamities can create a crisis of fear and panic throughout our world. It even reaches into the local church. How do we respond when our lives get hit by trials and uncertainties? If we are not vigilant, fear is waiting and threatens to derail us from the plans God has for us. In this series, we will look into God’s Word. We’ll see what the Author of Life teaches us about overcoming our fears, trusting in His promises and walking with courage and hope. Series will run March 21 — April 5.
Communion This Weekend
We cherish the opportunity to have Communion together the first weekend of the month and April is no different! We may not be able to meet in one place, but we can celebrate the Lord’s Supper in our homes via our livestreaming. It would be wonderful if you had some juice and bread/crackers for this time, but please don’t go to the store just for that. Whatever you have at home will work just fine. We’re looking forward to sharing this time with you — join us.
Easter
No one rises from the dead. Once you’re dead and buried, that’s it. And yet, Christians make a remarkable claim. They actually believe that Someone did rise from the dead. On Easter, we’ll take a look at the evidence for the Empty Tomb. Are there rational, logical reasons to believe that Jesus rose from the dead? Why is it important that we believe in the Empty Tomb anyway?
Easter Services will be Livestream Only
In an effort to ensure the health and safety of all our Rock Family, we will not be gathering together in a large group for our Easter services. Instead, we will celebrate Easter together via a livestream of all our services starting Saturday, April 11 (6:00 p.m.), and Sunday, April 12 (9:30 & 11:15 a.m.). Be sure to invite your friends and family to watch this meaningful service and celebrate with us! Watch online at trc.life/live, Facebook live or on The Rock Church app.
