After His resurrection, Jesus spent a wonderful 40 days with His disciples before His ascension. How anxious they were to hear His last words of instruction as He spoke about the kingdom of God. The first 26 verses of Acts 1 are introductory, highlighting the Great Commission and the promise of Christ's return.
