We often say that Small Groups are the heartbeat of The Rock Church and that God has built His Church here in Utah (over the last 20 years) using them. In 2020, the pandemic and this world’s unrest, have made it more and more difficult to do “life" in close relationship with others. Isolation and being alone is encouraged and in some ways, the norm. We believe, now more than ever, that we need each other. Even though Small Groups may appear a little different than before, they are still the heartbeat of our church. Hebrews 10:23-25 clearly spells out a time tested plan for God’s Church. We'll look at three reasons life is better in Small Groups.

At The Rock Church, part of our Mission Statement is to Build the Believer. We want to find long-lasting ways to do that and believe our newly developed Core Meeting is just that! These times are a monthly, co-ed discipleship meeting with worship, teaching, empowering, envisioning and fellowship — all with the leaders and aspiring leaders of our church.
