    Recently, we wrapped up our “Win, Build, Send” series. I’m definitely thankful for the important reminders we talked about regarding the vision and mission of our church. We want to reach the world for Jesus and see people become disciples of Jesus. One reminder I’m particularly grateful for is the role our money can have in our lives. It will either assist us in that goal or surely keep us from getting involved in the mission

    Being Hospitable – a word by Pastor Tony D'Amico from The Rock Church in Draper, UT. "We can approach this mission in several ways, but being hospitable certainly opens doors to winning others."

    Not long ago, I taught about our church’s mission centered around “Winning the Lost, Building the Believer, and Sending the Sanctified”. We can approach this mission in several ways, but being hospitable certainly opens doors to winning others.

    “Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!” (2 Corinthians 9:15, NIV)

    I recently had the opportunity to travel to Romania and to see firsthand how your generous contributions are making a difference in people’s lives around the world — a very real difference.

    After a prayer meeting on the night before I left Romania, Bob, the director of the ministry center where we stayed, took my hands and pulled me close. He looked into my eyes and with much compassion said, “Pastor Bill, when you get back to Utah could you please make sure to thank The Rock Church for their wonderful generosity and for making a real difference with the gypsies in Romania?”
