This is the perfect time of year to invite a friend, co-worker, neighbor or family member to church! We’d love to have them join us during our Christmas Series called God With Us. It says in Matthew 1:23, “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him ‘Immanuel’ — which means, God with us.” During this Christmas season, we will reflect on the birth, humanity, divinity, and saving power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Character
While studying the life of David, it’s obvious that character counts in life. By more closely examining the story found in 1 Samuel 25, we will glean from both the foolish (and the wise) people; we’ll understand the importance of integrity and character. As Christians, we should excel in moral excellence and values. We’ll discover six important lessons from three different people — David, Abigail, and Nabal. It’s clear that only in Christ do we find One who is perfect in character.
