God With Us Christmas Series at The Rock Church in Draper Utah

This is the perfect time of year to invite a friend, co-worker, neighbor or family member to church! We’d love to have them join us during our Christmas Series called God With Us. It says in Matthew 1:23, “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him ‘Immanuel’ — which means, God with us.” During this Christmas season, we will reflect on the birth, humanity, divinity, and saving power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Death

In this first message of our Easter series (Death to Life), you will experience dramatic story telling, meaningful music, and purposeful participation. All of these will help you understand what Jesus and His disciples went through on the night He was betrayed. You will feel the heaviness and gloominess of the Upper Room, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Cross of Christ. The night Jesus was arrested and sentenced to death was very sobering. Together, we will embark on the somber journey from death to life and from regrets to redemption!

From Series: "Death to Life: Easter 2019"

The last week of Jesus’ life changed the world. Imagine the contrast of emotions that His disciples experienced during the final days before His death. They witnessed their friend, teacher, and Savior get arrested, brutally beaten, and crucified. What anguish they must have felt at the guilt of their own betrayal and the grief that engulfed them. Yet, only a short time later, their darkness was flooded by the light of joy at the realization that Jesus was alive and had risen from the dead! Join us this Easter as we experience a unique, two-week journey, that will take us from darkness to light and from death to life!
