God With Us Christmas Series at The Rock Church in Draper Utah

This is the perfect time of year to invite a friend, co-worker, neighbor or family member to church! We’d love to have them join us during our Christmas Series called God With Us. It says in Matthew 1:23, “The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him ‘Immanuel’ — which means, God with us.” During this Christmas season, we will reflect on the birth, humanity, divinity, and saving power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

“Remember, Love, Nourish” (1 Peter 1:22-2:3)

As people, we Instinctively know there must be better answers than what we see. Deep inside, we are craving hope, change, direction and love. However, we often look to the wrong people, places and things to find our answers. For real hope, change, love and direction, we must look to God and God alone. In this message of our study through First Peter, we learn how there can be realistic hope in Christ. Part Five First Peter — Realistic Hope Series “Remember, Love, Nourish” (1 Peter 1:22-2:3) Pastor Steele Croswhite January 30 & 31, 2021 Draper

Scripture References: 1 Peter 1:22-23

From Series: "First Peter"

What a year it’s been! Will things get better? Is there any hope they could? It’s easy for us to believe that things will simply get better than they have been. However, the Word of God teaches us that hope is only found in one source — in Jesus. First Peter teaches us to set our hope fully on the grace of God. Through Jesus Christ we have living hope of an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. Realistic hope that will transform the way we live.
