Rescue (John 4:1-45)
In Part Eight of our "Knowing Jesus" series, we encounter one of the most compelling one-on-one interactions Jesus has on earth. Jesus, the Rescuer, engages with the woman at the well. This Samaritan woman was an outcast of society, living in rebellion to God. Yet, Jesus lovingly and compassionately reaches out to her, revealing himself as the Messiah. What a beautiful example of grace and mercy. Thankfully, God is still rescuing souls to this day. Grow closer to Jesus with us and know Him more intimately through this incredible display of Christ's love.
