The Lamp That Guides Our Feet

Delighting in God\'s Word

How does a Christian stay in the light of God and His Word while constantly distracted, tempted, and lured into the things of this world? In this sermon, we will look at how God's Word provides light, comfort, and joy even when everything around us seems dark.

Part Three

Delighting in God's Word Series

"The Lamp That Guides Our Feet” (Psalm

119:105-112)

From Series: "Delighting in God's Word"

What do you delight in? What brings you joy or pleasure? When was the last time you truly adored something? To delight is to be greatly pleased and Psalm 119 is full of this wonder. It is the longest chapter in the Bible and likens His Word to honey for our lips and a lamp for our feet. There is joy, freedom, and praise to be found in this psalm. This series explores why God’s Word is worthy of our delight and is written to connect us to Jesus.
