Always Be Prepared (1 Peter 3:13-17)

First Peter

What are you preparing for in life? Are you expecting Jesus’ words (about suffering) to apply to you? Or, is that for other Christians in other places? In Part 11 of our First Peter study, Peter instructs suffering Christians on how to walk through their circumstances — always being prepared for the world's watchful eye. Part 11 First Peter — Realistic Hope Always Be Prepared (1 Peter 3:13-17) Pastor Caleb Yetton April 17 & 18, 2021 Draper

Scripture References: 1 Peter 3:13-17

From Series: "First Peter"

What a year it’s been! Will things get better? Is there any hope they could? It’s easy for us to believe that things will simply get better than they have been. However, the Word of God teaches us that hope is only found in one source — in Jesus. First Peter teaches us to set our hope fully on the grace of God. Through Jesus Christ we have living hope of an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. Realistic hope that will transform the way we live.
