The Christian and Their Work (1 Peter 2:18-25)

In this part of our study of First Peter, we look at Peter's timely instruction for the Christian and their relationship with their work. Paid and unpaid work consumes the majority of our life. Fortunately, for us, the Bible is full of relevant instruction. Part Eight First Peter — Realistic Hope Series   The Christian and Their Work (1 Peter 2:18-25) Pastor Josh Whitney February 20 & 21, 2021 Draper

Scripture References: 1 Peter 2:18-25

From Series: "First Peter"

What a year it’s been! Will things get better? Is there any hope they could? It’s easy for us to believe that things will simply get better than they have been. However, the Word of God teaches us that hope is only found in one source — in Jesus. First Peter teaches us to set our hope fully on the grace of God. Through Jesus Christ we have living hope of an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading. Realistic hope that will transform the way we live.
