    Remain – a word by Pastor Steele Croswhite from The Rock Church in Draper, UT. "Have you ever seen a branch “work” to remain on a vine? Ever notice a branch wrestle, writhe, and labor? Of course not!"

    “Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.” — John 15:4-5

    I recently read through The One Year Bible and found these verses in John; they are perhaps among my favorites. These words come from our Savior Jesus. They remind me, quite simply, that “fruit” produced in our lives comes through abiding and resting in Him.

    A Sermon Series Based on Psalm 119

    “I will study your commandments and reflect on your ways. I will delight in your decrees and not forget your word.” Psalm 119:15-16 NLT

    What are you delighting in? What brings you joy or pleasure? When was the last time you truly adored something? To delight is to be greatly pleased, and Psalm 119 is full of this wonder. It is also the longest chapter in the Bible and likens His Word to honey for our lips and a lamp for our feet.
